　　It is revealed on November 26 from the Provincial Trade Promotion Commission that the construction engineering scheme on Hunan Pavilion of Shanghai World Expo was formulated and officially submitted this week to the Shanghai World Expo Bureau. Until now, .Hunan has been the first province across the country to formally submit the construction plan.

　　According to the scheme, the Hunan Pavilion of Shanghai World Expo is named as "Peach Blossom Spring Lane", which indicates we’ll use human being’s intelligence and reason to perfectly integrate Human and Nature, man and his city. Set in the “Two-Oriented Society” Pilot Area of Chang-Zhu-Tan City Cluster , the display will demonstrate the concept of building a new eco-city in the future.

　　After the submission of the scheme, in mid December, the construction of the pavilion will be kicked off in the Chaoyang Development Zone of Yiyang City, and after its completion and shakedown test, it will be transported to the World Expo Park and assembled and installed in Hunan Pavilion exhibition hall of the World Expo. Hunan constantly plays a leading role in the preparation of the World Expo and once took the initiative in organizing the World Expo forum at the municipal and provincial level.
