Zhang Jianfei Surveys Housing Industrialization and Sludge Treatment in Changsha

　　Zhang Jianfei, vice governor of Hunan Province, inspected the housing industrialization and sludge treatment projects in Changsha on September 5, 2014.

　　In the production workshop of the Broad Homes Industrial International Co., Ltd., Zhang visited Xiyayun project and Lantian affordable project built in the manner of housing industrialization. Compared with traditional buildings, neither fences nor grids were found on the buildings under construction, but only a tower crane and climbing frames. Dust and sediment around the traditional buildings were also no longer seen on the site. The sludge treatment project located in Changsha's Heimi Peak can treat 500 tons of sludge daily by adopting the world’s most advanced disposal method of pyrohydrolysis, thermophilic digestion, and dehydration.

　　Zhang said that Changsha's housing industrialization and sludge treatment projects are achievements made in Hunan's resource-saving and environment-friendly society development, deserving promotion among the whole province. He required that the housing industrialization project shall be more meticulous in construction so as to provide safe housing for residents. He hoped that the construction of the sludge treatment project will be accelerated to benefit the ecological environment sooner.
