Hunan-based Company Group Gets Listed on SEE

　　Hunan Guomei Group and its five wholly-owned subsidiaries made its public debut on Shanghai Equity Exchange (SEE) and signed cooperation agreement with China Minzu Securities on October 18. This is the first domestic group company to get one-time listed, enabling it to seek financing and acquisition in the capital market.

　　With a registered capital of 145 million yuan and 30 years of development, Guomei Group has developed into a large-scale?joint-stock business group integrating hotel management, agricultural high-tech, financial investment, national culture and rural tourism themed with ecological old-age industry.

　　Guomei Group and China Minzu Securities stated that the two sides will conduct cooperation in such comprehensive financial services as support in industrial research, investment and financing plan, investment banking services, market value management, and consultation of comprehensive management.
