Liuyang Secures Investment of 3.538 Billion Yuan in Cultural Tourism

　　Northeast Hunan's Liuyang City has secured investment of 3.538 billion yuan for its cultural tourism industry at its "beautiful Liuyang" themed promotion fair held in Shenzhen on October 16. A total of 12 tourism projects were signed at the fair to boost the leaping advancement of the city's tourism sector.

　　At the promotion fair, Liuyang introduced 64 investor-favored key projects for the Dawei Mountain National Ecotourism Demonstration Area. The projects come in 4 categories, namely Impression of Liuyang River, Ideal City for Vacations, Hill-Water United, and Cultural Roots.

　　The 3.538 billion investment includes a resort hotel on Dawei Mountain by Hong Kong Eagle Technology, a landscape infrastructure project on Dawei Mountain by Xiamen Rimao Landscape Architecture Co., Ltd., a cultural industrial park at Yanxi Town by Jinkai Landscape, a competence-oriented education base by Sino-Australian Xinlei Education and Training in joint efforts with the Forestry Bureau of Liuyang City, a health industrial park at Zhangfang Town by Hong Kong Sequoia Capital, and the third phase of tourism new town themed on the Autumn Harvest Uprising (an armed uprising led by Mao Zedong in 1927 in Hunan-Jiangxi border region, which marked the Party's independent building of a revolutionary army) in Wenjiashi Town by Liuan Xinyu Property from Anhui Province.
