He Baoxiang Meets Foreign Governors to Enhance Cooperation in Economy and Technology

　　On the afternoon of November 10, Vice Governor of Hunan Province He Baoxiang met with Bule James, minister of the Ministry of Department of Climate Change of Vanuatu, and ambassadors of Mozambique, Laos, Cambodia and Liberia to China who were invited to attend the 5th Hunan Expo on Agricultural Machinery, Mining Machinery and Electronic Ceramics in Loudi.

　　On behalf of Hunan Provincial People's Government, He Baoxiang welcomed the guests, and introduced Hunan's development on economy and trade. He said that Hunan takes the lead in outward investment in mid-west area and is willing to strengthen the foreign trade and economic communication and cooperation with every country in the world. With arranging more cooperation with Southeast Asia and Africa in economy and technology, Hunan encourages more enterprises to make investment in these guests' countries and also hopes their commodities can access to Hunan market.

　　Bule James spoke highly of Hunan's achievements in infrastructure construction and economic and social development. Additionally, he showed his expectation to Hunan for enhancing cooperation in wind energy and hydroelectricity generation.
