Photographers looking for 100 best views in Yongzhou, Hunan

"Splendid Yongzhou • Hunan: the photograph competition of looking for 100 best views in Yongzhou" has attracted numerous photographers to Emperor Shun’s mausoleum of Ningyuan County, Yao ethnic villages in Jianghua County, wild flowers in Yangming Mountain of Shuangpai County, and other sites of Yongzhou City.

Chosen by experts, 100 best spots in Yongzhou for photo shooting will be selected from the participating photos. After May 31 the submission deadline, the results will be released nationally.

Yongzhou, once called Lingling, is a place of beautiful natural scenery, fine folk customs and profound cultural heritage in the history of China, where many poets had great works when stayed here. Liu Zongyuan, a famous poet of Tang Dynsty, wrote his famous work "Eight Essays in Yongzhou" . Ouyang Xiu, great writer of Song Dynasty, had poems to praise "I knew Lingling by watching good paintings, but I now know Lingling is better than paintings." Since China’s reform and opening up, Yongzhou has become the muse of many photographers’, and many pictures taken in Yongzhou awarded photography competition at home and abroad.

The competition of "Splendid Yongzhou • Hunan" have so far received thousands of photos from photographers nationally.
