13 Chinese Movies Mark 70th Anniversary of VJ Day

　　On the evening of August 21, the promotion ceremony for the movies to the memory of the 70th Anniversary of the Victory of the War of Chinese People’s Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War was telecasted on the movie channel CCTV-6. 13 Chinese movies as key tribute works for the 70th anniversary were recommended to the audience.

　　Themed on resistance against Japanese aggression and anti-fascist war, the movies are expected to be shown throughout the whole country from August to September. Among the movies, Song from Battlefields and On the Eve of V-J Day are produced by Xiaoxiang Film Studio.
