　　The opening ceremony of the 3rd South Hunan Investment and Trade Fair for Undertaking Industrial Transfer was held in Chenzhou on Sept. 24. Vice Governor He Baoxiang delivered a speech and announced the opening of the fair.

　　The opening ceremony coincided with the Promotion Conference on Investment Climate and Key Projects in South Hunan Demonstration Zone for Undertaking Industrial Transfer.

　　Vice Governor He remarked that southern Hunan has become an ideal place for businessmen from home and abroad to invest and start business due to its advantageous geographic location, sound environment, convenient transportation and thriving industries and solid economic foundation. This area has witnessed rapid and vigorous development on industrial transformation and project construction, he added.

　　From Sept. 24 to 26, Chenzhou, Hengyang and Yongzhou will initiate 36 projects, 35 projects and 35 projects respectively to attract 226 international and domestic investors. The Chenzhou projects with a total investment of 37.11 billion yuan are expected to solicit 30.11 billion yuan.
