Wang Xiangfeng: one of most influential scientists

Rednet (Changsha): Wang Xiangfeng, one of 163 Chinese scientists who enters the list of 3215 Highly Cited Researchers of 2014 in the world, is a fruitful scientist formerly graduated from Hunan Changsha Tongshenghu Experimental School, Hunan Province. He returned to his former school for an encouraging speech in Changsha.

Wang Xiangfeng graduated from the school 2003, and he entered into the University of Science and Technology of China for materials science and engineering. In the year of 2007, he started further study of the national micro-scale research laboratory for physical sciences at the University of Science and Technology of China, and he got PhD in 2012. His basic physics research was focused on the field of non-normalsuperconductors. By the end of 2012, Wang continued to engage postdoctoral research in University of Maryland of United States in . Wang published over 65 scientific articles, mostly in the globe’s most influential magazines, and he has great influence in the field.
