The China Pacific Construction Group (CPCG) and the Government of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture sign a PPP-based framework cooperative agreement for Xiangxi’s infrastructure construction. The total investment is worth 50 billion yuan.
200 students from Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture are awarded with “Huatuo CEO Forum Individuality Scholarship”.The Forum on PPP Model for Poverty Alleviation was held in Jishou City, capital of XiangxiTujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture on April 21. Jishou was the third stop of the event following Liangshan of Sichuan and Hefei of Anhui. Yan Jiehe, founder of the China Pacific Construction Group (CPCG) and honorary president of Huatuo CEO Forum Organizing Committee, together with related experts including President of China PPP Research Institute Jia Kang, Special Research Fellow of Counselor’s Office of the State Council Yao Jingyuan, discussed on how to take targeted measures to help Xiangxi get rid of poverty under PPP model. The forum witnessed a PPP-based framework cooperative agreement reached between the CPCG and the Xiangxi Government. Under the agreement, the CPCG will help Xiangxi to fight poverty by investing 50 billion yuan in the region’s infrastructure construction.Yan noted that the CPCG will join hands with Huatuo CEO Forum Organizing Committee to lift more people out of poverty in Xiangxi.
