Glass Installation Completed on Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge

The final glass of Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge was installed on June 12, 2016. The 430-meter-long and 6-meter-wide bridge is also the world’s longest open space suspension bridge, connecting two precipices 300 meters above the canyon floor. Its glass walkway is 375 meters long. The bridge deck is wholly paved with transparent glass. The bridge is expected to support the weight of 800 people.
