Two More World Top 500 Enterprises Settled in Xiangjiang New Area

Two World Top 500 enterprises—Sharp Corporation and State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC) signed agreements with Xiangjiang New Area to settle down in the Area’s Meixihu International New Town, according to Hunan Xiangjiang Summit 2016—Green IT China Tour (Changsha) held on Oct. 21, 2016. 

Now Sharp Corporation’s business services have covered 26 countries and 64 regions. Under the agreement, it will establish an e-commerce headquarters in Hunan. Meanwhile, the SPIC plans to start a world’s leading smart energy system in the Area. By making collaborative and step-by-step use of electricity, water, natural gas, waste heat, waste water and waste gas offered mutually through different production of energy resources and users, it aims to achieve overall development of energy resources, enhance efficiency of energy use, and give a boost to local economic growth.
