Governor Xu Joins Discussion with Changde City Delegation

Deputy Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Governor of Hunan Province Xu Dazhe visits Changde City delegation and discusses government report with delegates on the afternoon of Jan. 15, 2017.

　　Deputy Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Governor of Hunan Province Xu Dazhe discussed government report and reviewed government budget plan with Changde delegates on the afternoon of Jan. 15, 2017. He asked the city to clarify its position in the general strategic development layout of the province, and called for making earnest efforts to achieve great fruits for the people’s need. Vice Governor and Secretary General Yang Guangrong attended the discussion.

　　Xu remarked that the deployments and decisions made at the 11th CPC Congress and the development targets set in the government work report are solemn commitments made for the people. Changde City, with its economic output ranking in the top across the province, should combine its own characteristics and advantages, find a right position, and strive to achieve better and faster development in building “a province of five powers" (powerful in economy, science and education, culture, ecology, and opening up), he added.
