Changsha Chamber of Commerce and its Sub-commerce Seek Common Development

　　A conference for chairmen of Changsha chambers of commerce set up in other places was held in Changsha on Feb. 5, 2017. It was coincided with entrepreneurs’Tianxin tour in the city. Over 100 chairpersons from Australia, Thailand, Pakistan, the UAE, and Italy as well as chairman of Changsha Chamber of Commerce gathered to spend lunar New Year and seek common development.

　　Changsha chambers of commerce set up in other places are playing an increasing significant role in connecting Hunan with the world. Last year, Changsha Federation of Industry and Commerce, in partnership with Changsha Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, held an investment promotion conference. At the conference, a strategic cooperation agreement worth 12 billion yuan was reached by China Overseas Land &Investment Limited, Hong Kong Satellite Television (HKSTV), Shanghai Xiangyang Foundation and Tianxin government.

　　At the conference, Director of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee Tan Xiaoping spoke highly of the contributions made by Changsha chambers of commerce set up in other places for the development of Changsha. He warmly welcomed entrepreneurs to invest in their hometowns. Beyond that, Tan said that the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee and the People’s Government of Changsha would further strengthen their contacts with the chambers. Better services will be provided for them by issuing favorable policies, promoting cooperation, and creating good environment, to ensure a sound development for chambers of commerce.
