Conference Held to Promote the Building of New Hunan

　　A conference to promote the work of building new Hunan was held in Changsha on the afternoon of Feb. 7, 2017. The event focuses on the goal of introducing Hunan people to contribute to the development of their hometown. Governor of Hunan Province Xu Dazhe addressed the conference.

　　Provincial leaders including Huang Lanxiang, Chen Junwen, He Baoxiang and Zhang Dafang attended the meeting.

　　The conference summarized the work made by chambers of commerce and associations in 2016, and mapped out the development priorities of Hunan in 2017.

　　In 2017, Hunan Federation of Industry and Commerce will focus on organizing Hunan Entrepreneurs Convention and take practical measures to encourage Hunanese to come back to hometown and contribute to the development of Hunan, so as to facilitate the signing and implementing of cooperative projects. The Federation will lead more enterprises to participate in national development strategies, such as “One Belt and One Road” Initiative and Yangtze River Economic Belt. Efforts will be made to facilitate overseas companies' entry to Hunan and Hunan companies' expansion abroad, and carry forward the projects on “Hunan products selling abroad”, “Hunan enterprises going global”, and “introducing ten thousand investors to Hunan”. All the moves will be strong driving forces for Hunan’s open development.
