Mobile Internet Rural Tourism Makers Conference to Start April 1st

  The Hunan Tourism Development Committee announced March 26 that the “Makers Making Better Life—Mobile Internet Rural Tourism Makers Conference” will be held on April 1, 2017 when the Mobile Internet Yuelu Summit 2017 kicks off in Changsha. The event is jointly organized by the Hunan Tourism Development Committee, the Hunan Internet Information Office, the Changsha Municipal People’s Government, the Institute of Culture Creativity of Tsinghua University, and the Tourism Industry Research Institute of China Tourism Group.

  The conference, based on the principles of opening-up, interconnection, crowd-funding, and sharing, will give full play to tourism industry as an incubator in promoting integrated innovation. It will bring in governments, enterprises, universities, associations, media groups, and entrepreneurs to participate in the building of a communication and cooperation platform for rural tourism makers. At the meeting, the Hunan Tourism Development Committee will sign the Hunan Cultural Tourism Innovative Development and Cooperation Framework Agreement with the Center of Culture Creativity of Tsinghua University and the Tourism Industry Research Institute of China Tourism Group.

  The IDG Capital Chairman Xiong Xiaoge, Director of the Tsinghua University Culture Creativity Institute Outdoor Industry Innovation Research Center Wu Gang, President of China Tourism Group Tourism Industry Research Institute Chen Wenjie, Secretary-General of the International Smart Tourism Conference Song Fuhua, and Secretary-General of the SMART Executive Committee Wang Xu will deliver keynote speeches.
