Vice Governor He Baoxiang Visits CMA China and Cushman &Wakefield

　　Vice Governor of Hunan Province He Baoxiang visited the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong (CMA) and the global real estate leader Cushman &Wakefield in Hong Kong from April 27 to 28, 2017.

　　Hunan’s better development cannot be achieved without Hong Kong organizations and enterprises’ great supports, he remarked, adding that Hunan is willing to enhance communication and cooperation with Hong Kong to realize mutual benefits.

　　CMA is one of the biggest and the most representative not-for-profit industrial associations in Hong Kong. It holds the annual Hong Kong Brands and Products Expo (HKBPE) in the mainland cities. He said that the CMA has a great number of good projects while Hunan boasts more and more talents and influential enterprises. He expected both sides to strengthen collaboration, so that more projects will be introduced to Hunan. Hunan will be an inland window for Hong Kong products to enter the mainland China market, and Hunan products will also be promoted to the world via Hong Kong’s platforms, he added.

　　During his tour in Cushman &Wakefield, He introduced Hunan’s advantageous geological conditions, and rapid development on talents, logistics, and capital integration. He believed that Hunan enjoys huge potential and that both sides have great cooperation opportunities, since Hong Kong is Hunan’s first largest source of foreign investment and the Cushman &Wakefield has established close ties with the province. He welcomed more Cushman &Wakefield’s projects to start in Hunan and more enterprises to settle down here. He expected the firm to join together with Hunan locals in making better progress for Hunan’s economic and social development, and called for more win-win results.
