Hunan Enterprise Cooperates with New Zealand in Sci-tech Innovation and Transformation

　　Hunan Zhaotai Medical Group on May 2, 2017, signed a strategic framework agreement with a national technology transfer center of New Zealand to establish the China-New Zealand Innovation and Transformation Center in Changsha. It will be an important commercial communication platform, and will promote the cooperation between the sci-tech businesses of the two countries.

　　According to the agreement, the Center has multiple functions: establishing an information sharing platform and integrating resources of the two sides, to achieve cooperation-based information sharing; establishing a production-education-research cooperation platform with enterprises as the core, to develop an innovation alliance of the two countries, boost innovation and commercialization of sci-tech outcomes, and facilitate resources exchanges on technology, marketing, and personnel; establishing an industrialization platform and mechanism for technology transfer, to enable the enterprises of the two countries to get access to each other’s markets.

　　The Center will concentrate on biological medicine technology and wellness industry. It will optimize technical and market resources allocation, so as to promote project R&D, commercialization of research outcomes, product marketing, innovative business incubation, intellectual property protection and management, and sci-tech finance and services.
