Yongzhou Promotes Tourism in Xiamen

On the occasion that Xiamen-Yongzhou direct flight opened for two months, Hunan’s Yongzhou held a tourism promotion conference in Xiamen on May 23. Yongzhou is known for its splendid scenery.

　　The Yongzhou government was here to further strengthen cooperation with Xiaman and promote its tourism. It viewed Xiamen, an international port and a tourist city, as an important channel to help introduce Yongzhou tourism to the Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone or West Coast Economic Zone, the whole country, and the world.

　　Xiamen municipal leaders, including Standing Committee Member of the CPC Xiamen Municipal Committee Li Weihua, and Xiamen Vice Mayor Han Jingyi, attended the conference.

　　Yongzhou Mayor Yi Jialaing hoped to enhance cooperation with Xiamen to achieve win-win results. “Our cooperation will be based on Xiamen-Yongzhou direct flight, Yongzhou tourism resources, investment projects, classic travel routs, and the ‘framework agreement on Xiamen-Yongzhou tourism strategic cooperation’ that was signed tonight,” added Yi.

　　At the conference, Yongzhou tourism promotional video was played and tourist product presentation was given to showcase Yongzhou’s beautiful scenery and profound culture. Yongzhou’s unique folk custom and culture representative, Jiangyong Nvshu (women’s script) was written on the site, which amazed all.

　　In addition, four flight-themed travel routes were introduced via the promotional event. They were greatly favored by Xiamen travel agents.
