SIPO Inspects Hunan Intellectual Property Rights Construction

　　The State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) Commissioner Shen Changyu and his entourage visited Hunan between August 28 and 29, 2017. They were here to inspect Hunan’s fixed-point poverty alleviation and intellectual property rights (IPR) construction, as well as instruct Changsha’s pilot reform of IPR integrated management. Hunan Governor Xu Dazhe discussed with the guests during their stay in Hunan. Vice Governor Xiang Lili accompanied them on the tour.

　　Governor Xu thanked SIPO for its long-term concerns and support to Hunan’s economic and social development. He expected that SIPO would assist Hunan in establishing the provincial IPR protection center, and continue to support and guide provincial IPR operation system building, IPR integrated management and patent pledge financing, to increase the scientific and technological contributions to the provincial economic growth.

　　Commissioner Shen praised Hunan's achievements in economic and social development, especially the IPR sector in recent years. He promised SIPO will, as always, support Hunan to develop intellectual property rights power.

　　The SIPO inspection team also visited Sangzhi County of Zhangjiajie and Sany Group in Changsha County Economic and Technological Development Zone. They also discussed with provincial and municipal department heads on pilot reform of IPR integrated management.
