Business Income Growth Rate of Hunan’s Service Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size Ranks 8th Nationwide

　　The business income of Hunan’s 4,709 service industrial enterprises above designated size increased 16% year on year to 158.75 billion yuan in the first seven months. Its growth rate ranked eighth in China. The data was announced by the Hunan Statistics Bureau on August 31, 2017. The number of enterprises gaining profits reached 70%, up 4.6 percentage points over the same period last year. The operating profit increased by 14.8% year on year, 3.6 percentage points higher over the first half of this year.

　　Statistics showed that from January to July, 70% of the provincial service industrial enterprises above designated size achieved double-digit growth. The ecological protection and environmental treatment; warehousing; loading and unloading; and, transport agency sectors all increased by as much as 50%.

　　The three most profitable sectors are telecommunications, radio, television, and satellite transmission services; business services; and radio, television, film, and sound recording for film and television, gaining a total profit of 10.55 billion yuan and accounting for 70% of the provincial total. The postal industry; software and information technology services; and, property management show the strongest profitability, with an average growth rate of more than 80% in the first seven months.
