Zhou Jianqiao, 41, who runs a clothes shop in Changsha of Hunan province, started using scrap paper to make art in 2013.

He said he creates his works to call attention to environmental protection and wildlife conservation.

"Even if my works change the mindset of only a couple of people, my efforts are worthwhile," he said. These animals are made by Zhou Jianqiao using scrap paper.
