China Traditional Xiang Embroidery Exhibition opened at Hunan Hongxing Wood Carving Crafts Town on Nov. 17. More than 150 traditional Xiang embroidery works traced back to the middle and late Qing Dynasty (1636-1912) to early Republic of China (1912-1949) were displayed, attracting lots of visitors and embroidery amateurs. The picture shows a shawl of the Qing Dynasty embroidered with cat, butterfly, flower, bird, and fish patterns. The picture shows a traditional embroidered hat in late Qing Dynasty. The picture shows an embroidery works depicting a princess of the Qing Dynasty going out.
