Hunan General Public Budget Revenue Surpasses 400 Bln Yuan

　　Hunan Province achieved over 400 billion yuan of general public budget revenue in 2015, a year on year growth of 10.2%. Of which, local fiscal revenue exceeded 250 billion yuan, up by 11.1%; and 150 billion yuan was contributed to the central fiscal revenue, growing by 8.9%.

　　The Department of Finance contrived to turn financial funds into pragmatic workload and real consumptions, by means of actively drumming up support from the central government, activating reserve assets, accelerating budget implementation, and enhancing distribution methods of official funds. Therefore, the Province finished nearly 570 billion yuan of general public budget expenditure in 2015, increasing by 13.3%, which guaranteed key projects of both central and provincial governments progressed smoothly.

　　2015 witnessed the budget reform of Hunan Province, with all the revenue and expenditure included to optimize the financial resources deployment. The total volume of general public budget, government-managed funds, state-owned capital management, and social insurance funds amounted to 610 billion yuan, and that of expenditure 770 billion in 2015. Specifically, the provincial revenues and expenditures were 133 billion yuan and 78 billion yuan respectively.
