Imported Vehicle Qualified for Licensing at Chenglingji Port

On that day, a batch of vehicles built entirely abroad were imported via Chenglingji Port. This is the first batch in the Port qualified for licensing since the operation of the finished vehicle import port.

Chenglingji, the first authorized finished vehicles import port in central China, enabled Hunan to import finished vehicles directly, instead of necessarily via Tianjin, Shanghai and Guangzhou ports. It will give a boost to Hunan’s equipment manufacturing industry, and expansively affect neighboring provinces like Hubei and Jiangxi, to form industrial clusters in modern shipping logistics, exhibition, and detection and maintenance.
