The Final of the Third Mass Dragon Boat Race themed on ‘Our Festival· Dragon Boat Festival· Quyuan Cup 2016’ kicked off on Liuye Lake of Changde City. A total of 16 dragon boat teams from 14 cities (prefecture), Hunan of Arts and Science and Huaihua University competed for the championship. Nearly 10,000 citizens watched the contest.
