CPC Hunan Provincial Committee Publicity Department Deputy Director Zhou Xiang presided over the press conference on Jan. 23. It said that the First Session of the 13th Hunan Provincial People’s Congress will convene at the People’s Hall of Hunan Province on the morning of January 24 and conclude on January 30, 2018.
