After three-month transformation by Hunan CRRC Times Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd., the first old trolleybus in Wellington, New Zealand has been put into operation since the late July. Till the end of 2018, 60old Wellington trolleybuses will complete transformation to save the cost about 100 million yuan for the local government.
