“One Card Pass”to be applied throughout Hunan province

So far, Yiyang, Changde and Yueyang cities of Hunan province, China have applied“One Card Pass” for traffic. It’s expected that, at the end of 2018, such“One Card Pass” will be applied in the whole Hunan province. Then Hunan users with“One Card Pass” can take buses and metros in national networked cities.
