High-quality farmland construction in full swing

The photo, taken on January 13, shows construction workers are busy building high-quality farmland at Liujiawei Village, Taiping Town, Ningyuan County. In recent years, the county has actively promoted high-quality farmland construction, in a bid to achieve the goals of “building square farmlands, making roads connected and ditches linked, and ensuring drainage in floods and sufficient irrigation in dry days”. The move helps promote high-quality development of agriculture. In 2022, the county has planned to build 58,100 mu (about 3.873 ha.) of high-quality farmland.
