Xu: More good advice for Hunan’s bigger picture

Rednet (Changsha): Xu Shousheng, secretary of Hunan Provincial Committee and director of provincial people's Congress Standing Committee, attended the discussion groups of different parties in the second meeting of the 11th CPPCC plenary session, February 12th. The members are from Communist Party, Revolutionary Committee, Nonpartisan, Taiwan Solidarity Union, overseas Chinese federation and other invited groups. Xu stressed that the meeting should make great advantages by the function of people's political consultative conference, by focusing on comprehensive reform issues for better serving the overall situation, in order to promote the development of various fields across Hunan. Chen Qiufa, Chairman of CPPCC, participated in the discussion.

　
　　"To strengthen personnel connection, to trade and culture cooperation, and to expand further cooperation between Hunan and Taiwan ", suggested by delegates in the meeting. They exchanged views in the great atmosphere, "to build city pattern of ‘nice landscape ' by the unique culture ecological resources in Hunan."

　　
Xu said that 2014 is the crucial year for developing comprehensive reforms, inspiring vitality and deepening reforms, and for successfully realizing "12th five-year plan" . He hoped members will carry forward the glorious tradition of the CPPCC, with full playing the advantages of CPPCC, with the sense of responsibility and sense of mission.
