Hunan CPPCC members back to Changsha after submitting 130 proposals

After participating the 12 session of the second Conference of the National Committee of CPPCC, members from Hunan CPPCC, returned to Changsha in the afternoon of March 12, in Hunan province.

Rednet (Changsha) : Members of participating the 12 session of the second Conference of the National Committee of CPPCC returned to Changsha in the afternoon of March 12, those including Hu Biao, Member of the National Committee of the CPPCC, Deputy Director of the Subcommittee for handling proposals of the CPPCC, Li Weiwei, member of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, He Baoxiang, Deputy Governor and other people.

Wang Xiaoqin and Ouyang Bin, vice chairman of the Hunan Provincial CPCC Committee, and Yuan Xinhua, secretary general of Hunan CPPCC, welcome the returning of the members at the airport, at 5:30 P.M. Changsha, Hunan.

　　 During the second session of the 12^th National Committee of CPPCC, members from Hunan province have conscientiously performed their functions by focusing on safeguarding and improving people's livelihood, transforming the pattern of economic developments, education and scientific research, Issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area, strengthening the construction of ecological civilization and other positive suggestions, with great political enthusiasm and a high sense of responsibility. They submitted nearly 130 pieces proposals .

　 Everyone agreed that the session is a successful meeting, a democratic meeting, a truth-seeking meeting, a mind gathering and an inspiring meeting. Members said that it is important to implement the the spirit of the Conference in the future’s work, in order to continue thorough investigations and studies on major issues of people's livelihood, to provide positive suggestions, so as to make greater contribution to enriching Hunan and to boost scientific developments in Hunan, .
