Hunan delegation holds 7th plenary, Xu gives speech

Hunan delegation held its 7th plenary meeting in the National Congress , in the afternoon of March 12, Beijing.

 　 Rednet ( Beijing): Hunan delegation held its seventh plenary session, considerating of the draft resolutions, summarizing delegation of work,   implementing initial deployment of the spirit of the conference. Xu Shousheng, the director of Hunan delegation, presided over the meeting and gave a speech, in the afternoon of March 12, Bejing. Du Jiahao, deputy director of Hunan delegation, Yu Laishan and Xie Yong also attended the meeting.  

　　Members also attending the meeting are Li Jiang, Zhang jianfei, Lai Mingyong, Kang Weimin, You Quanrong, Zhao yongping, Huang Boyun and et al.　

 　　 Xu said that the work of the Hunan delegation has been orderly deployed with the successful completion of National Congress’ mandates, under the joint efforts of all delegates. Delegates carefully prepared 25 proposals and 591 recommendations submitting to the National Congress, which showed good spirit and a high level of performance with fully political enthusiasm. And the thoughtful servicing of the staff provides a strong guarantee for the delegations.

　　Xu required that the provincial departments at all levels should study and implement the spirit of National Congress through practical work, as an important task at present. Studying the spirit of the National Congress will be at all-level of governments; passing on the spirits will be at multi-form and wide range to the sectors and at all levels of cadres and the masses to rapidly upsurging the enthusiasm  of studying the spirit of the conference.  

    Xu stressed that seeking practical results is crucial work in this year.  The work should be done by considering the big picture of reforming through economic and social developments, by means of the innovation of reform for propelling all work in Hunan. This year’s work should be focused on the work of key fields and crucial processions of reforming to promote the overall work, which is the important issue benefiting all people’s life and covering all area of the province. Hunan should promote healthy economic developments by the guideline of steady improvements .

    Insisting on steady and gradually growth, Hunan will strengthen the analysis and response of economic operations, and good quality developments should be steadily fostered.  Governmental guidance should be classified according to studying various problems of different area; perceive policy guidance should be enhanced. Government should grasp the major projects of industry, of constructing public facilities and of improving major livelihood by means of expanding employment, increasing residents’ income of urban and rural areas, improving consumption environments and accelerating the pace of constructing economic and ecological society.  (Translated by Sharon Lee)
