Xu:to accelerate“moderate prosperity”by comprehensively deepening reform

Xu Shoucheng : to stick to a good blueprint for development

 

    Rednet ( Changsha):  Xu Shoucheng，Secretary Hunan Party Committee and Director of provincial people's Congress Standing Committee, hosted the second plenary meeting for the leading groups of promoting and planning this year’s work for "moderate prosperity”  program , March 20. Xu stressed that governments should insist on the implement the "moderate prosperity" program in an all-round way, by relying on reform and innovation, by breaking through ideological shackles with greater determination and by classifying guidance.

 

　　Provincial officials listened the reports from four regions as Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan, Dongting area, South Hunan and West Hunan in the meeting. Those officals include Sun Jinlong, Li Weiwei, Chen Zaoxiong, Han Yongwen, Zhang Wenxiong and Zhang Shuofu.

 

     Xu said that to implement moderate prosperous society by 2020 is the great blueprint of realizing “Dreams for two 100th anniversaries”, which is an important part of President Xi’s report in the 18^th National Conference of Communist Party. Xi’s series of important speeches contain rich essence of thoughts and the scientific methods for building a well-off society. Hunan province has planed the Classification of Guidance for accelerating the implement of “moderate prosperity” program, which reflect the important thought of Xi’s a good of “blueprint” for all work and of  improving economic developments for both quality and benefits.

 

　　Xu stressed that all levels of Hunan governments should promote the Classification Guidance to speed up implement of “moderate prosperity” program by condensing strength of reforming, grasping the core of reform, highlighting the priorities for reform and strengtheingn reform ordination, by closely relying on reform and innovation.

 

     In a classified guidance should be made with scientific methods, with accuracy and efficiency. It should deepen rural reform, promoting the modernization of agriculture, catching County economic focus; grasping the fiscal reforms to strengthen support for County economy; making Government's macro-control work and making market play the decisive role for allocation of resources.

 

　Second, Hunan must adhere to the classification Guide to promote differentiated policy for supporting the reforms, for establishing a comprehensive well-off system built.

 

   In accordance with the demands of the reform, Hunan will optimize evaluation index system.
