Fan Wei, a young man from Chenzhou City of Hunan Province, stayed in Tacheng City of Xinjiang after graduation from Xinjiang Medical University this July.

In September 2011, Fan was enrolled as a graduate student at the university with the first place in his major. Since his life started in Xinjiang, Fan visited 83 impoverished villages, where he subsidized 160 Xinjiang children with his scholarship and the money he raised.
