Hunan to Launch First Los Angeles Direct Flight in December

　　After the launch of the first direct flight from Changsha to Frankfurt this June, Hunan will open its second transcontinental flight. The direct flight from Changsha to Los Angeles will be launched on December 28, 2014, having the first direct route to American continent.

　　According to General Manager of Hunan Airports Management Group Co. Ltd. Liu Zhiren, the flight will depart from Changsha, stop at Anchorage, and arrives in Los Angeles. Operated by Dynamic Airways, the flight will take about 14 hours.

　　At present, passengers departing from Changsha to LA, Vancouver, London, Melbourne, Sydney and Paris can purchase "a through ticket" at Changsha Huanghua International Airport, which allows their luggage to be delivered directly to the destination by code-share flight while tourists transfer planes in Beijing or Shanghai or other cities.
