Li Weiwei, director of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, met in Changsha with key young and middle-aged delegates from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and abroad participating at the workshop of the China Council for the Promotion of Peaceful National Reunification (CCPPNR) on the evening of November 12. Director Li warmly welcomed the delegates and briefed the guests on Hunan’s economic and social development and its united front work. She hoped that the delegates would travel around Hunan to appreciate its beautiful scenery and profound history and culture, and witness its great changes. Hunan will create sound environment and provide high-quality services as always, in an attempt to push forward collaborations for win-win outcome with domestic and overseas friends.
