Mini Electric Cars Debut in Changsha

　　A batch of white-green mini electric cars fired up engines in Changsha on December 3. Boasting zero-emission, the first batch of 240 such cars are expected to be put into operation in Changsha this December for annual rental. With two-seat and four-seat models, the cars are designed to run 60 to 80 kilometers when fully charged with the maximum speed of 80 kilometers per hour.
