Du hosts the provincial government executive meeting

The meeting stressed that all departments of governments should carefully study with deep implementation the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, further emancipating minds to learn the new situation and adaptation to the new situation. All members of government should break the mindset, by giving a fuller play to the basic role of the market in the allocation of resources and improving government efficiency, making full use of the benefits of deeply reform to enhance the vitality of the market and the national creativity.

Participants also listened to the annul report of 2015 about selecting the projects for serving the people with heart and soul. They fully affirmed the results achieved by Hunan government staff members in serving the people. The meeting stressed that the government should select the projects in a scientific way,  to guide the financial departments to invest more to key projects of people's livelihood, in order to let the people enjoy the achievement of reform and development.
 

The meeting pointed out that a unified system of real estate registration will play a basic role on building a open, orderly market system, giving more property rights to farmers and  building a sound system of natural resources property rights. All departments should implement strategy of central government to carry out the work of real estate registration step by step.

The meeting also examined other matters.
