On December 22, Hunan Provincial economic work conference was held on Changsha. The conference was to convey the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, to make a conclusion about this year’s economic work, to deploy next year’s econonic work. Xu Shousheng, Secretary of Hunan provincial CPC and Chairman provincial People's Congress and Du Jiahao, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, Governor of Hunan Provincial People's Government respectively addressed on that conference. Chen Qiufa, chairman of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) attended.
