Rednet (Changsha): According to provincial economic work Conference of December 21, Hunan government's work of 2015 will focus on the steady economic growth, the promotion of reforms, the structural adjustment and the improvement of people's livelihood, in order to achieve the expected goal of economic development of next year.

To foster new areas for economic growth by transferring to new engine and new structures

The next year’s government work of Industry field should be focusing on transferring traditional industries to high-tech, low carbide, and intelligent industries in order to make them vigorous with new productivity; to vigorously develop new industries, products, technology and new mode, by fostering business on e-commerce, cloud computing, and big data, the top 10 internet industries ; to accelerate the development on ecological environment , modern logistics, cultural creativities, pension & health, and bio medicine industries.

Hunan Government’s work also should focus on fostering the demand for two types of social construction, infrastructure, urban and rural public facilities with proper investment; to increase the consumption with specifying customers’ differentiation, individualization, with convenient facilitation; to broader export demand on diversification of processing trade, trade in services and other trades.

To foster people's livelihood is to improve the conditions on dwelling, water supply and electric supply; on better education, health care and social security.

To foster new business growth is to promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in order to form the new wave of innovation and creativity.

The meeting aimed at ensuring and improving people's livelihood which is the fundamental goal of economic development and the important driving force for economic development.

The meeting proposed that the next year’s work must be implemented with more attention to people's basic livelihood, low-income people, social requirements. The work should base on practical facts on educational, medical, public cultural services, housing, social security, social assistance, food and drug safety, work safety, social governance etc.
