Xu Shousheng: To Make Better Use of Inspection’s Results

 　 Rednet (Changsha): In the morning of January 15, Xu Shousheng, Secretary of Hunan CPC and Director of the provincial people's Congress, hosted a meeting of Hunan CPC for the comprehensive reports on the inspecting 6 provincial units and 4 colleges or universities by provincial leading group. Xu Shousheng emphasized that government should conscientiously implement the spirit of the fifth plenary of the 18^th session of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, with in-depth learning the spirit of President Xi’s speech. In accordance with central authorities’ new requirements for inspections, Hunan government should give full play of anti-corruption inspection as a sharp "sword" , to effectively urges the reflect and rectification of the problems during the inspection, to make a full use of real inspections results and to act the inspections as a deterrent.

 

　　 Xu Shousheng stressed that finding problem is only the first half of inspection, and the other half of it, to solve the problem, is more important. According the found problems, government should urge the Party organization of relevant units to solve the problem with hard work and good corrective action, with effective realization of implementing result of inspection. Serious feedback should point out with real names and key point.   The recommendations should be specific and feasible. 

 

Xu requested the government should strengthen coordination, inspection supervision and strict management of Party organization. Discipline inspection organs, judicial organs, audit organs and complaint departments should play their own advantages by providing communicating information, enough "ammunition" to improve pertinence and effectiveness of inspections. Discipline inspection organs and organizations should combine daily work with inspection, with enhancement of coordination and cooperation.
