Chongqing Fire Dragon Show Held in Changsha

　　During the Spring Festival holiday, the “World’s No.1 Fire Dragon” Chongqing Tongliang Fire Dragon has shown up at Orange Isle Beach Park at 8:30 pm every night. Performers from Chongqing’s Tongliang County would carry steel buckets with boiling melted iron in front of the dancers, scoop it by iron ladles and throw it to the sky. Then they would strike the melted iron against a piece of wood toward the dancing dragon, spewing gorgeous firework-like sparks in the air. With fireworks setting off at the same time, sparks and fireworks make the dragon show even more splendid.

　　The fire dragon show lasts for ten days from Feb. 18 (Chinese New Year’s Eve) to Feb. 27 (the ninth day of the first lunar month).
