Hunan approves three local regulations and one decision

　　Rednet (Changsha): The 15th session of the 12th conference of Standing Committee of Hunan People’s Congress came to a close after a successful completion of its agenda in Changsha, on March 31. The conference had reviewed and approved Hunan approves three local regulations, one decision, and certain personnel appointment and removal. Xu Shousheng, Secretary of the Hunanc CPC and Director of the Standing Committee of Hunan NPC,attended the meeting, and he presented the certificates of appointment to new officials.
　　　
　　Yu laishan, Deputy Director of the Hunan provincial people’s Congress, hosted the meeting. Other provincial leaders also attended the meeting including Xie Yong, Liu Lianyu, Xu Minghua, Jiang Zuobin, Chen Junwen, Peng Xianfa, He Baoxiang, Kang Weimin and You Quanyou.
　　　
　　The conference approved local regulations including " The Administrative Regulations of Pre-hospital Medical Emergency in Changsha", "The Regulations on Protecting Xinhuang County’s Ethnic and Folk Traditional Culture ", and " The Comprehensive Regulations of the Rural Environment of Zhijiang Autonomous County ".
　　　
　　The conference also approved a decision on "Adjusting the Schedule of the 9th General Election for Residents ' Committees for community-level in Hunan Province" by the Consideration of the Standing Committee of the Hunan provincial people's Congress. In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, Hunan provincial government suggested to reschedule date of the election time from the second half of 2015 to the end of 2016, for achieving general synchronization for villagers ' committees and community's  Committees, which is benefit to uniform arrangements, to save administrative resources,  and to coordinate urban and rural grassroots democracy in Hunan.
　　　
　　The Conference also approved "the Amendment List of the Members of 12th Standing Committee of Hunan Provincial National People's Congress".
