Du Jiahao presides over the provincial government executive meeting

　　Rednet(Changsha)In the afternoon of March 31, Governor Du Jiahao presided over the provincial government executive meeting to study 2015 government legislation plan, to deploy the work of reform of household registration system, the development of environmental protection industry, the reform of state-owned forest farms and so on.

　　At the meeting, 2015 Hunan Provincial legislative program (draft) was approved, among which local rules and the provincial government regulations concerning major areas such as legislation, economy, people's livelihood, social harmony and  ecological civilization were planned to be issued.

　　The meeting stressed that it is of great significance to promote the reform of household registration system which will better protect citizens' rights and interests and further accelerate the equality of basic public services in education, heath care and housing affordability. Thus the urban-rural gap can be bridged and social and population management can be further strengthened.

　
　　At the meeting, Opinion on accelerating the development of environmental protection industry was also approved.

　　The meeting also stressed that related departments should carefully implement the central government’s decision on reform of state-owned forest farms. Hunan is the pilot province of state-owned forest farms reform. So the related departments should make reform plan based on reality and constantly improve it in practice to make sure that the reform can be completed in time and experiences can be summed up.

　　The meeting also discussed The salary system reform implementation plan of head of state-owned enterprises in Hunan.
