Xu Shousheng investigates science and technology innovation in CSU

     Rednet (Changsha April 9) :Xu Shousheng, the secretary of the Hunan provincial committee and director of the Standing Committee of Hunan provincial people's congress,  investigated science and technology innovations in CSU (Central-South University) on the moring of April 9. His expected that CSU must unswervingly follow the road of innovation-driven development, with more successful results, by nurturing talents, so as to becoming a creative "head" by playing an exemplary leading role for Hunan's scientific and technological innovation.

     Xu Shousheng first came to railway laboratories of transmit safety in CSU, and he watched the aerodynamic dynamic model test of  high speed train; on a simulate orbit, a high speed train runs with the instant accelerate speed from 0 to 500 km/h. within 0.23 seconds.

     Xu Shousheng hopes CSU will benefit from the resource-intensive talents,  comprehensive researches and its innovative atmosphere, so that CSU will promote the development of Chang-Zhu-Tan High-tech modal city and scientific and technological innovation in Hunan. CSU should play its leading role in the province's innovation-driven development strategies. Hunan will increase research funding inputs, by improving the service level of funding management on researches, by upgrading the efficiency and benefits of research funds using. Focused the strategies as "China manufacturing 2025" and "Internet +", Hunan will increase the efforts on technology development to break the technologic bottleneck of Hunan’s economic and social development, by high-end technology, core technology and key technology.  Talent training should be strengthened by training teachers and fostering   innovation capacities of students, so that universities should be the platforms for transferring scientific and technological achievements to real productivity.
