Liuyang is a county-level city under the administration of Changsha, the capital of Hunan province, China. Liuyang is located in the northeast of Hunan province, in the east of Changsha City, and adjoins the province of Jiangxi. Liuyang has an area of 5,007.75 square kilometers with a population of 1,407,104 (in 2010).There are 27 towns and 6 townships (in 2009). Springs and waterfalls are seen everywhere in Dawei Moutain, which is one of the head-streams of Liuyang River.

During May,2014, Dawei Mountain is carpeted with azalea blossoms.
当争春的桃花、樱花、油菜花芳菲已尽，大围山上的杜鹃才开始迎风绽放。盛花期间，从七星岭上、玉泉寺旁，到北面石景区海拔1400米以上的溪谷及坡顶，火红的野生杜鹃花蔓延整个视野。
When peach blossom, cherry blossom, rape flowers are over as the warming spring passes, azalea blossoms are blooming all over Dawei Mountain. If you climb to the Qixing Mountain or Yuquan Temple, red azalea blossoms will come in to view.
这里是浏阳河的源头。除了山顶的花海可观，你还可以在峡谷中观赏清泉瀑布，听鸟啼虫鸣。
Dawei Mountain is the head-stream of Liuyang River where you can enjoy the clean spring and waterfall, the singing birds and insects as well as the fragrant flowers.
需要提醒的是，2015年4月20日-5月20日杜鹃花节期间，游客需换乘园内公交上山赏花，自驾游客可将车停在山脚。
You may notice that tourists should park at the foot of the mountain and take a bus to watch the flower on the mountain from April 20 to May 20,2015.

大自然无疑是偏爱浏阳的。世界旅游组织技术合作部部长瓦尔马曾说：“我到过中国不少地方，但像浏阳这样美丽的小城还不多见。”

目前，浏阳共建有绿色屋场40个，分布在各个乡镇，每个地方都有农家书屋、篮球场、健身器材和群众文化广场，村民可以在图书室读书看报，也可以凑堆儿晒太阳聊天、跳广场舞和排练节目。
At present, Liuyang owns 40 green villages distributed in every towns with Rural Library, basketball playground, gym equipment and cultural square. Villagers can read newspaper in library, chat in the sunshine, dance in the square. All of them enjoy a happy countryside life here.
