According to the list of 336 cities by wealth in China released recently, Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan ranked 27th, 75th and 89th respectively. The list is measured against four economic indicators in 2012 including urban per capita disposable income, rural per capita net income, per capital GDP and per capita local financial revenue, each indicator accounting for 25 points.
