The chairman of the CIRC makes a special report for Hunan provincial government

　　Rednet(Changsha/May 19)  In the morning of May 19,  Hunan provincial party committee, the provincial government convened a meeting and Chairman of the China insurance regulatory commission, the secretary of the party committee Xiang Junbo was invited to make a special report on the reform and development of China's insurance industry. Xu Shousheng, secretary of Hunan Provincial committee of CPC and director of committee of Hunan NPC, attended the meeting. Du Jiahao, Governor and Deputy Secretary of Hunan CPC presided over the meeting.

　　During the meeting, Xiang Junbo introduced the history of insurance, the position of insurance, the reform of the insurance industry development in our country. He also put up good proposals on how to make full use of insurance to better serve Hunan’s economy and society.

　　Du Jiahao stressed that promoting modern insurance will accelerate the development of social market economy, help government better conduct its role in social management and public services. It is of great importance for changing the idea of the whole society, for reducing power rent-seeking, for combating corruption and building a clean government and at last it can speed up the development of central China.
