Sun Jinlong Visits Finland, Sweden and Denmark

　　Sun Jinlong, deputy secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, wrapped up friendly visit to Finland, Sweden, and Denmark, and returned to Hunan on June 5, 2015.

　　Sun visited the three countries upon the invitation of the Forest Management Bureau of Finland, Gaevleborgs Laen and Ericsson of Sweden, and Danish Agricultural Council and Maersk Group.

　　During the visit, Mr. Sun introduced the economic and social development of Hunan and issued recommendations on local cooperation. He said that Hunan boasts rich natural resources, obvious geographic advantages and sound foundation for industrial development and is actively incorporating itself into the national "Belt and Road" strategy. He added that Hunan is willing to continue promoting the pragmatic cooperation with Finland, Sweden, and Denmark, especially in fields such as forestry, agriculture, water conservancy, information, and logistics. Representatives of the three countries' government institutions and enterprises actively responded to the cooperation suggestions. They said that Hunan, a key province in Central China, has witnessed great achievements in economic and social development. They looked forward to the pragmatic cooperation with Hunan, and pledged continuous efforts to enhance local cooperation.
